About Kelley

Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in 2008. She initially built a successful career in human resources and customer service, working across both for-profit and nonprofit, service-based sectors. In 2023, after experiencing her own personal recovery journey with mental health and substance use disorder, Kelley made a career shift into the treatment field. She is now a passionate advocate for mental health and substance use recovery, offering empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach to support others. With her lived experience and professional background, Kelley is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their path to healing and wellness.
